"We are presenting our EVYTRA CARAVAN SWITCH with CAN bus interface as the latest concept and extension of our portfolio. This gives "smart living on the road" a unique and functional design element that is indispensable in a modern motorhome." clearly states our Business Developer Wiebke Krütt.
The EVYTRA CARAVAN SWITSCH switch module with CAN bus interface allows to control all vehicle functions from a single point. Due to individual, illuminated icons the operation is simple and intuitive. The integrated proximity sensor activates the lighting only when required. So, there is no unintentional operating error at night. At the same time, the operator receives a status feedback by the brightness and color of the icons. In addition, the capacitive technology used works without the need for mechanical components of classic switch.
"When you close the tailgate by pressing a button while sitting in the front of your motorhome, you want to know that it has closed properly. Smart solutions are needed for this," adds Krütt. "Our switch modules can be integrated into almost any vehicle system or existing concept."
EVYTRA SWITCH SWITCHES are represented at this years CARAVAN Salon in all vehicle classes and sizes already - no matter if luxury liner or van. The advantages is the low installation depth of 7 mm, which allows completely new possibilities for placement in the vehicle. In addition, an individual design can be realized behind glass. Thus, color, icons, lettering or a logo can be freely selected and are also free from wear and tear due to the printing behind glass. "Trade show visitors are welcome to see the high-quality and beautiful switch modules for themselves," concludes Krütt.
